Q: What are the requirements for uploaded images? A: For the best results, we recommend uploading high-resolution files (300 DPI is preferred) in formats like PNG, JPEG, AI, or PDF. The higher the quality of your image, the better the final print will look.
Q: Can I see a proof of my design before it's made? A: Yes. After you place your order, our design team will create a digital proof and email it to you for approval within 1-2 business days. We will not begin production until you have approved the proof.
Q: Can I make changes to my order after it's been placed? A: Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change. If your order has not yet gone into production, we will do our best to accommodate your request.
